Thank you for your interest in our professional K9 and K9 Handler training programs. Buckeye K9 Academy is an Ohio approved Police K9 training facility. We provide all types of training to prepare you and your dog for K9 certification.
We offer the following training to support your Canine units:

Buckeye K9 Academy is located in Seville, OH. We are conveniently located off of I-71 & I-76 between Cleveland and Akron,OH. Just 45 minutes south of Cleveland, our facility is located on 23 acres with plush   tracking ground. We have access to several types of buildings for building searches. We train our dogs in various types of settings to prepare them from metropolitan to rural environments.

As a member of our class, you will be involved in actual hands-on training with our highly qualified instructors. There is very little classroom instruction. Everything is taught through actual working conditions. We believe that people generally learn more quickly by the hands-on approach rather than textbook knowledge. Our program is structured to insure you get the best possible understanding of the training methods being used. What better way to learn the training techniques than by putting them to immediate use!

We invite you to bring your own dog to train, or we can help locate that special K9 prospect for your department. We have worked with several hotels and motels in the area to accept you and your dogs on a discounted rate. Please contact us and we will assist you arranging your stay.
