Lindesfarne Pet Boarding

We are located just off I-76 & SR3, only 10 minutes from Medina, Ohio; 20 minutes from Akron, Ohio and 45 minutes from downtown Cleveland, Ohio.

Your pet will stay in a climate controlled facility. While resting indoors your pet will listen to classical music, we provide soft comfortable bedding and a variety of treats, structured playtime, or training throughout the day! The kennel runs are 6' x 12' constructed of heavy duty 2"x 9" gauge galvanized wire and are cleaned twice daily. Fresh water is always available. Each pet is taken outdoors to a private fenced grass exercise yard. We do not charge extra to administer medication or to feed special diets. We offer quality pet care, and furnish a clean, enjoyable atmosphere at a reasonable rate.

Health Requirements for Boarding:
All pet owners that are accepted for boarding must provide proof of the following inoculations. A titer check from your veterinarian will be accepted in place of vaccinations. These requirements are for the protection of your pet and our other guests.

Rabies Vaccine
Distemper (DHLPP) Vaccine
Bordetella (kennel cough) Vaccine
Negative Stool Check and Negative Heartworm Check are recommended
K9 Influenza Vaccination Recommended

Interactive Playtime
Interactive Playtime is a service available to present or former training clients. This must be arranged in advance of your dog's kennel stay. Your dog will receive a daily session of playtime that focuses on structured play and socialization. It is especially helpful for dogs that need extra attention while being boarded. Playtime is strictly one on one, (1 pet or 2 pets owned by same person) out at the same time with a staff member. We do not observe "group" play sessions. This service is generally available for dogs that are currently enrolled, or have been previously enrolled in one of our training programs. The additional fee for this service is $15 per day

Refresher Training
During a scheduled kennel stay, your dog can receive a refresher course in training. This program is generally available for dogs that are currently enrolled, or have been previously enrolled in one of our training programs. It is designed to be an enhancement to programs currently in progress, or previously taken. Your dog will receive a 30 minute daily training session. The training can be geared to "brushing-up" exercises from previous training or assisting in an area of difficulty. In some cases, we may be able to advance the training to the next level during your dog's stay. All training must be arranged in advance of your dog's stay. Boarding plus training is $40.00 per day.
